Refund policy

Returns (Change of Mind / Incorrect Orders)

If a customer wishes to return an item due to a change of mind, ordering in error, or no longer requiring the product (and not due to a fault or error on our part), the following conditions apply:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

A restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price will be applied to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are not in resalable condition.

Returns on large systems may be subject to a collection and handling charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order systems

  • Used or installed equipment

  • Consumables (filters, resins, etc.) once opened

Any equipment that has been installed, used, or filled with water is non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
The restocking fee and any applicable costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
